These members shall move out frequently in the college campus, including canteen, hostel, lecture halls/drawing hall/workshop or any other secluded place especially during break period to ensure that no incident of ragging take places in the college campus. This duty is to be performed very religiously and sincerely. Information regarding and student found indulging in any such type of activity and notice by any member of the committee should be given to the undersigned very promptly for taking strict action against the students concerned. This should be noted very carefully.
